Tukan Max 1270 large-packing baler
PPТ-1270 Tukan Max large-packing baler is designed for picking up the straw swaths of natural and sow grass or straw, pressing them into large-size reels with consequent winding with rope. Upon additional order, the baler can be equipped with bale-pusher and stayer (accumulator), which allows to unload two bales simultaneously and compactly arranging one bale on another. The baler can be aggregated with tractors of not less than 2 t.s. drawbar category, as well as the aggregation with MTZ-1221 tractors is possible.

Quality advantages
Maximum pressing density
The bale density is adjusted by four hydraulic cylinders applying constant pressure on the bale and providing maximum pressing density.

Wide baler
The baler with 2.2 m width is equipped with two rubber wheels and controlled by hydraulics. It allows to copy field relief ideally and work effectively with wide and narrow swaths of straw and hay.

Flywheel optimal operation
300kg flywheel serves as energy accumulator and allows to balance peak loads, thus providing optimal operation of baler units and mechanisms.

Pressing density control
The required pressing density is visible from the cabin on pressure gage installed in the baler front part.

Log-time operation without stops
Total capacity of two rope reel sections comprises up to 18 reels, what allows to work without stops within the whole shift, and, consequently, saves the time.

Saving time and labor costs
The baler can be equipped with bale-pusher and stayer (accumulator), which allows to unload two bales simultaneously and compactly arranging one bale on another.

Lack of moments diverting from tractor control
The control panel installed in tractor cabin allows to control: rope winding process, bale unloading, pressing density, partial or total electronic baler count, knitters blowing fans operation.
